Organic Products
MicroDried® is the industry leader in creating Organic dried fruit and vegetable powders, fragments, and whole pieces.
Our farming methods and organic program are certified each year by the Washington State Department of Agriculture in accordance with USDA organic regulations. You can find our current offering of organic varieties here. The WSDA Organic Program annually certifies MicroDried as an approved processor of certified organic agricultural items into certified finished organic food ingredients. WSDA is the certifying agent for the US Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) National Organic Program. The USDA National Organic Program requires all producers and handlers to be certified to sell, label, or represent their products as “100% organic,” “organic” or “made with organic” (specified ingredients or food groups).

IQF (Individually Quick Frozen)
MicroDried offers 100% all-natural IQF blueberries and aronia berries to the industrial frozen market. We set the industry’s “gold standard” by producing superior IQF aronia and blueberries from a vertically integrated farming operation. Individually Quick Frozen slows decomposition by turning residual moisture into ice, inhibiting the growth of most bacterial species. We process conventional and organic IQF aronia and blueberry for the industrial organic market. Both blueberries and aronia berries are picked fresh and immediately delivered to one of our two local IQF facilities for processing. All IQF berries are 100% vertically integrated, processed from freshly harvested berries, and none are processed from outside growers. Finished IQF products are packed in a 30 lb. poly liner corrugated case and shipped at less than 0 degrees F, resulting in a two-year shelf life from date of manufacture.
